PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Personal and small group training sessions are specifically based on a client’s needs and goals. Before any first session with a client, current and past health issues, injury history and goals will be discussed via phone or in person. Workouts are specifically built around sustainability, injury prevention and increasing performance. You should be able to do the things you love without pain as you age. Prioritizing form and mobility is just the start of taking ownership in the way you move and becoming more confident that you can do more than you ever imagined.

 

1:1 TRAINING

1:1 Training is tailored specifically to an individual. You can expect a solid mobility based active warm up, strength training and/or cardiovascular HIIT with various types of equipment and stretch. 1:1 Training sessions are geared towards individuals in who can’t or don’t want to participate in a class style format.

 

STRENGTH and mobility training (CLASS)

A class geared towards individuals who want to prioritize strength over cardio. Through defined preventative exercises and strength training plans, we train to help clients avoid injury and perform better while building a community around like minded individuals. Note, this class is a great option for any individual looking to add strength training to their current programming.

 

STRENGTH conditioning (class)

This class combines strength training with high intensity interval movements. Workout will include a thorough warm up, circuit training and a high intensity focus using rowers, turf, and high impact movements. While modifications are available, participants should be ready to work anaerobically.

 

run club and training

While we serve individuals of all backgrounds and ages, we do have a flourishing run community that includes run coaching, group runs/walks (free), and track style workouts.

CCT Run Club is a FREE run/walk group offered every Saturday at 7AM and includes ambassadors of all pace levels to guide runners and walkers through a 1, 3, 6 or 9 mile route. Follow along on the Instagram by clicking here.

Run specific coaching for various distances and races is a perk to membership and track workouts are also included in our monthly membership offsite.

Youth Run Training

We are incredibly excited to collaborate with Lisa Landrum and Forward Motion to offer run training to all levels, but more specifically younger/school-aged athletes. Lisa, the founder of runCLTrun, will directly work with athletes to improve their conditioning and running. Find out more by clicking the button below.
