Whether you are managing an ongoing injury or you are looking for a more preventative approach to body work as you age, we are proud to offer an onsite physical therapist whose certifications are far reaching. Kristin Somerville, DPT at Performance Rehab Associates will be open to serving CCT members. The ability for trainers to communicate with a physical therapist about underlying issues a client might have will only serve them in decreasing risk of injury, increasing sustainability, and seeing increases in performance. There is no guess work here.

kristin somerville, dpt

Dr. Kristin Somerville grew up in Pennsylvania and has been a practicing Physical Therapist for over 6 years. She received her bachelor of science in Kinesiology from Penn State University. She then graduated from Drexel University with her Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. She moved to Georgia after graduation to complete a residency program focused on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She practiced in an outpatient setting treating orthopedic, sports, and post-operative injuries. Most recently she was a faculty member in the graduate physical therapy program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Kristin Somerville enjoys treating a motivated patient population of all ages. She utilizes a personalized, fitness-forward treatment technique to assess/correct body awareness and muscular stability. Additional treatment interventions including dry needling, shockwave, manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation. She strives to work collaboratively with each patient to help them achieve and exceed their goals.

When she is not working she enjoys staying active by working out, playing sports, and going on hikes with her dog.

concierge based Stretch

Jenna is a Certified Athletic Trainer of 10+ years. She grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Charlotte shortly after graduating college where she expanded her Athletic Training experience by working at a high school for 5 years. She then stepped outside the “traditional” role of athletic training and used her knowledge and expertise to help clients in the wellness world. 

Recently, Jenna started her own wellness business, JC Wellness, providing recovery modalities to all types of athletes and non-athletes. She is certified in dry needling in addition to specializing in assisted stretching, cupping, and graston technique. She enjoys educating people about their anatomy and physiology and how they can continue to workout and be the best they can be. 

She is also a NASM certified personal trainer and loves to train clients one on one or in a small group setting at Cross Conditioning Training. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, doing all things sports and walking her dog Dex.
