personalized nutrition planning with our in house dietitian

 

Cross Conditioning Training is all about personalizing an individual’s needs to reach attainable goals. While some goals are movement based, others involve nutrition. We are excited to have a registered dietitian, Jacy Shaffer, in house to work directly with our trainers to ensure that we can really give our clients a full circle experience. Jacy has both private and clinical experience, and will be working to help clients reach specific nutrition goals - weight loss, having more energy, fueling workouts, meal planning and managing chronic conditions.

 

Intro Call (10 minutes) FREE

We realize committing to any program is an investment in your health. Prior to signing up for any nutrition services, Jacy will jump on the phone with you for a complementary 10 minute session to discuss what she offers through her RD services and if it aligns with what you are looking for.

 

Initial consultation (60-75 minutes) - $155

If you are ready to begin your nutrition journey, an initial consultation will allow Jacy to really get to know you, your goals, and any limitations that might be stopping you from feeling your best. Jacy will work with you to put together a realistic plan to meet your goals including follow up appointments should you want them.

 

Monthly planning and check ins - $125 per month ($110 for CCT members)

While monthly programming is not required, we recommend anyone committing to an initial consultation follow up with Jacy or sign up for monthly planning and check ins. For monthly planning, Jacy will meet weekly with clients to answer any questions and offer support in her client’s journey for contributed success.

Membership always has its perks. Any member opting to continue their journey with Jacy after her 10 minute intro call, can purchase a bundle initial consultation plus monthly accountability check-ins for $200 ($65 in SAVINGS).

About Jacy

Jacy realizes that there is so much nutrition information out there, and it can be overwhelming. Working with a registered dietitian gives you the ability to receive individual attention.  Jacy will really get to know her clients and help them reach their specific nutrition goals – whether that’s weight loss, having more energy, fueling workouts, meal planning, or managing a chronic condition.  

 She understand that there are competing priorities and making changes is not easy. Through evidence-based advice, she will help her clients to set small, attainable goals to improve their health.

 Because accountability is a huge part of nutrition success, she will work with clients over time to motivate them and build on those small goals, creating meaningful lifestyle changes.
